We offer a secure Google Checkout system for credit card payments. Happy Trails will appear on your credit card statement as the payment recipient through Google Checkout. You can also call us with your credit card information and we will process the payment through our merchant account's secure server.

Shipping, Returns and Privacy

Shipping cost for each stone is included in the stones price for UPS Ground Delivery to the lower 48 United States. If you want a stone shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, please contact us for shipping costs.

 

We ship in stock orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We make all of our stones by hand, so if we are out of the design that you order, or if you want something special, it can usually be made and shipped in less than 14 days. Each stone weighs about 35 pounds, so they are individually packaged and shipped.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. Shipping costs will be refunded if the return is the result of our error.
